Hotel Accommodation

Khajuraho offers fairly large variety of Hotel Accommodation for both Indian and overseas tourists. Most of the hotels have only 20-30 rooms. Winter (November to March) is the peak season for visitors to Khajuraho. Therefore it is difficult to get suitable accommodation for large groups.

The Seminar is proposed to be held in Hotel Clarks and Hotel Usha Bundela, Khajuraho.
Hotel rooms are being booked through the Travel Agent in these two hotels and a couple of cheaper hotels. The rates in these hotels is given below. Other hotels such as Lalit, Radisson and Chandela are far more expensive.

Above rates are:
Per room per night basis including breakfast and all currently applicable taxes
Check-in and Check-out time is usually 12 noon
* Or similar hotel; Rates do not include Breakfast

Rates do not include
Any transfer from Airport or Railway station or other transport service
Room service, phone calls, laundry, mini bar etc.

Participants are requested to communicate their preferred choice of the hotel in the Registration Form. The Travel Agent will inform the availability and confirm the booking immediately on receiving a non-refundable deposit of one night’s charge.

IMPORTANT: Accommodation at the above rates cannot be assured if the Participants do not communicate their requirement and confirm it before 31 JANUARY 2012.

Participants can book accommodation themselves in any other hotel of their choice directly, if they so desire.
