Participant RegistrationAll individuals who wish to attend the Seminar with or without making an Oral or Poster presentation or making a display at the Exhibition, are required to register themselves by filling in the Registration Form and paying the appropriate Registration fee. In view of the large number of tourists visiting Khajuraho during January-February, suitable hotel accommodation cannot be assured to the participants with Late Registration. It will also affect the finalisation of the Scientific Programme and other arrangements for the Seminar. REGISTRATION FEES The Registration Fee is fixed as noted below.
The Registration Fee covers the Seminar Kit, one copy of the Book of Abstracts, attendance at all scientific sessions,
Tea/Coffee during the Seminar, Lunch on three days of the Seminar, and a visit to Raneh Falls and Ken River Gharial Sanctuary.
It does not include the Entry Fee to the monuments/temples in Khajuraho. The Registration Fee can be paid by one of the following methods: 1. Demand Draft or Bank’s Pay Order It should be drawn in favour of the National Institute of Ecology and made payable on a Bank in New Delhi.
